SIMA SPRAY BOOTHS WITH CONVEYOR

For larger productions, Sima designs, depending on the building and customer needs, paint and drying booths with manual monorail, semi-automatic or fully automated which are necessary for this type of installation.

It is often a difficult task to get those larger pieces into a spray booth. This is why Sima offers the solution of a conveyor system. The system makes it much easier to transport the pieces into the spraying installation. 

There are 3 solutions possible for transportation:

• Monorail: the moving of the load is mainly done by hand.
  
  
• Chain hanger: this is suitable in situations where there is no need for buffering. There is a continuous infeed and outfeed of products and the chain speed is the same over the entire trajectory.
  
  
• Power & Free: this is a combination of a chain conveyor (Power) and a monorail (Free). You can choose at any location to transport products automatically or manually, to buffer products, to hang them stationary or to take them off.
